Parts Of The Machine:

Frame : Made of heavy channel iron or beam with proper welding

Rollers : Two rollers made of cast iron with well shaped cavities

Gears : Four gears, 2 steel and 2 cast iron gears

Bearings:Bush type bearings made of gun metal fitted in heavy pedestals

Safety Guards : Sheet covers are installed for safety of gears & strong hopper is provided on two rollers for material feeding

Driving Pulley : The machine is fitted with V—Groove Pulley for driving

Space : The space required for machine and motor fitting is 150 cm. x 300 cm.
