Parts Of The Machine:

Frame : Base frame is made of heavy channel iron or beam properly welded so that machine could resist vibration

Rollers : Two rollers are of cast iron well shaped cavities that are grooved with milling machine which produces badami shaped briquettes

Gears : Four steel gears are fitted in the machine for long service, only two roller adjusting gears are of cast iron

Bearings:Bush bearings of high grade gun metal are fitted in heavy type pedestals with self lubrication oil cups

Safety Guards : All gears are covered with sheet covers for safety & strong hopper and is provided on two rollers for material feeding

Driving Pulley : V—groove pulley is fitted to the machine for driving

Space : 150 Cm. x 300 Cm. is required for machine and motor fitting
